Happy Birthday, Grandpa
Today would have been a day that I would normally pick up the phone and say "Happy Birthday, Grandpa!" He probably would have said something about being young or something about a "hot date" he has for his birthday. But, unfortunately I can't do that this year. So instead, I will celebrate with happy memories of him. Hope you do the same too.

Yes, yesterday would have been dad's 88th birthday and it was pretty tough throughout the day remembering that..but every time I started feeling bad about it I remember all those years of having the greatest dad, grandpa and great grandpa there ever was... So I look up to the skies and I say Happy Birthday Old Man!!" we all send our love..

On January 16, 2008 we celebrated Dad's birthday off the Gulf of Mexico in Cancun. As we poured our drinks into the shore, we toasted to a loving father whom we have been blessed with. Words can't express enough how much we miss him, or how much of a powerful influence he has had on our lives. He continues to live in all of his families’ hearts.
So Dad as promised, we raised a drink to you on a beach.
